Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be honored until 60 days before event. After that, refunds will be refunded at 50% (which includes the processing fee) until one week before the conference. Absolutely NO REFUNDS less than 1 week before event.
All government agency Attendee Registrations will be fully refunded upon written request. Please send written request to the FL NENA Treasurer (contact information listed below).
By submitting payment for booth space and/or sponsorship, the exhibitor/sponsor agrees to abide by these policies and all amendments thereto and the decisions of the FL Chapter of NENA Executive Board. Exhibitors/sponsors agree that failure to meet the specified timetable for payment of booth space and/or sponsorship may result in the space/sponsorship being cancelled.
