Exceptional Service Recognition Application

The Florida NENA Exceptional Service Award was established to annually recognize individuals that provide public safety service to the community by their exceptional performance. The award may be presented to any public safety employee, service provider or vendor with an expressed interest in Florida 911 services.

The submission must include a descriptive narrative of the individual’s actions which were considered to be exceptional or extraordinary. (The online form application only allows 500 characters. Multiple spaces have been provided to include additional information)
The incident or event occurred within the last 12 months.
The nominees do not have to be a member of NENA, APCO or any other organization or association.
Nominations of groups of individuals such as a PSAP shift cannot be accepted
