This form was created for those individuals who wish to nominate another individual for a FL NENA Executive Board Position. Once the nomination form has been submittted, the nominating chair will reach out to the nominated person to verify that they accept or decline the nomination. If the nominee chooses to accept, that individual will still be required to complete the qualifications application prior to the deadline date.
