This class provides training related to the ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Geographic Information System fundamentals and ways to efficiently maintain NENA data in both Esri ArcGIS ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro software packages. The first two sessions shall cover the fundamentals and make use of the older ArcMap software package, the next two sessions shall demonstrate how to more efficiently maintain the data in newer and next generation ArcGIS Pro software package, with the last two sessions available to provide more detailed and hands on application of these techniques on projects provided by the attendees for Bring Your Own Project (BYOP).
